HiLyte Fluor 555 Protein Labeling Kit

HiLyte Fluor 555 acid, SE has excitation and emission spectrum peak wavelengths of approximately 553 nm/ 568 nm, giving it an orange color. HiLyte Fluor 555 acid, SE is an excellent amine-reactive fluorescent labeling dye that generates the protein conjugates that are only slightly red-shifted compared to those of Cy 3 dyes, resulting in an optimal match to filters designed for Cy 3 dyes. The HiLyte Fluor 555-protein conjugates are very stable and suitable for immunofluorescent staining, in situ hybridization, flow cytometry and other biological applications.
